Talkr: Letting blogs speak for themselves

If you are sharp-eyed, you would have noticed something brand new on this blog… it’s next the comments at the end of every article. Introducing Talkr, the new web service which “lets blogs speak for themselves”. For your listening pleasure, Talkr delivers every article with a pretty discernible voice of an eloquent lady. At this point you might be wondering: “Cool, fans can listen to each article, but wouldn’t it have been even better if Talkr delivered my blog updates as a podcast?”

Yeehaw! This little chicklet subscribes you to a “virtual” podcast of theory.isthereason! That’s right… subscribe to it and you’ll get mp3 audio of my blog posts delivered right to your iPod so you can listen to my blog’s mashup of academic, tech and personal diatribes all on the move!

You know you want it, so here are the different versions of Talkr…

Talkr Free: lets you listen to up to 3 blogs and costs nothing (That’s what I’m using now!).
Talkr Basic: lets you download up to 20 hours of audio a month from up to 20 different blogs and costs $4.95 a month.
Talkr Premium: lets you download up to 50 hours of audio a month from up to 50 different blogs and costs $8.95 a month.
