A reader of hardmac.com sent them a screen capture of his desktop, featuring 76 widgets running simultaneously… the side effect of this widget addiction is the RAM usage: 2GB. Even with memory prices apparently at a low now, this is a bit of an overkill. I’m doing the opposite, killing off my widgets on Tiger! (Apple should really give us an easy way to kill the Dashboard)
